Pros

Great colleagues, friendly environment. The company is growing quickly so new opportunities open up frequently. Not a bad place to get started.

Cons

There is not adequate training or compensation for employees. As a result there is high turnover and the people that tend to leave are the most skilled. The management is incredibly reactionary and the company as a whole is pretty nepotistic. People get promoted based on time at the company over skill and hard work.

Thank you for your positive feedback about our friendly workplace. Yardi is indeed a great place to start and stick with your career. For training, we have hundreds of courses, webinars, and in-person seminars available for employees on our eLearning platform. We encourage our staff to continue to learn and develop new skills. We would respectfully disagree with your comment about promotions - skill and hard work are mandatory if you want to advance.

Pros

They respect their employees, there is always an opportunity to improve. None of the Yardi employees works overtime. Young team.

Cons

Sometimes they rush hiring people who are not suitable for the job and can't deal with the tasks.

Pros

Job growth and opportunity for lateral moves into unique roles. Lots of independence and autonomy in meeting goals and deadlines.

Cons

Due to quick and dramatic increase in size of the work force there are diverse work groups that include lots of veterans and brand new employees without a training program to help bridge the gap.

Thank you for your comments about our Colorado Springs office as it goes through a time of transition. Training and development courses are available for both new hires and current employees. Building a strong team here is important to us and we appreciate your contribution to that effort.
