Quality organization that truly cares about its customers and employees
Pros
This company really cares and responds to its customers. Employees are generally treated well. Benefits and culture are hard to argue with. Company is growing at a steady clip, and generally finds success in each new venture it goes in. Job stability is phenomenal. Family owned company that answers to customers/employees and not shareholders. The Yardi family generally wants to do good for the property management industry, and they have been very successful in achieving that goal.
Cons
Pay is below market, and training is sub-standard. This is one of the few companies where people complain about there being too little management. In many areas promotion is hard to come by because structure is very flat. Depending on your department you may hit a glass ceiling after just one promotion. Family-owned company can be a bit nepotistic, and could benefit from some professional management to help further scale the company.
