I dont really believe there are any- Its more about the person employed here.
Money will always talk from other companies and grass always looks greener. Nothing good in life is easy and quick. What I am saying is that sometimes it may seem like you have been somewhere for a long time or that you deserve or need a promotion after 1 year to 18 months. But have you learned everything you could have learned during that time? Are you truly valuable to another team? Do you know all about Yardi products – and not just the ones you work directly with? You will need a wide variety of product knowledge of Yardi, you will need to know how voyager works with RentCafé too. You will need to know database basic functions, CMS, and SQL (basic). I encourage you to take some Yardi E learnings in SQL basics, site manager, and OLE training to prepare yourself for this job.
But overall you have to do what is right for you and your family- Yardi is about growth ultimately but they are about growing those or are in it for the long run and not the quick fix of pay/etc. I love this company- it has defiantly had it times where I want to rip my hair out and slap someone but overall it’s a great company compared to the other corporate jobs I have worked never have been treated the way I have with Yardi.
