      Medical/dental benefits are low cost and good coverage; growing company; pleasant colleagues.

      Cons

      Very low pay (especially for the high pressure position); difficulty to move into better positions; high turnover rate in this position; micromanaging; no rewards for the senior members in this position.

      There is room to grow and the people are nice to work with.

      There is no training by management, most training is done by peers. Also, not a lot of room to grow or advance to management. Pay is very low, I have been told significantly lower than average.
