      Fun place to work, good sense of community and shared purpose, not a lot of office politics.

      Cons

      Proper training can be hard to come by, career path is not always clear.

      Pros

      Somehow they have attracted some really nice and generally intelligent people

      Cons

      to work for them for next to nothing. This is tech and their wages are equal to what you get paid as an intern at a startup, it's laughable. That combined with the fact that this company is in Santa Barbara which is in the top 10 for most expensive places in the entire universe - you'll find yourself living in a 2000 dollar a month 1 bedroom apartment trying to figure out how to stop living paycheck to paycheck.

      Pros

      Good pay, 100% compay paid insurance, great people to work with, very approachable upper management.

      Cons

      Training is not ideal, advancement can be difficult, bonus structure can be a little difficult to achieve full payout. Some restructuring of needed in supervisors.
