Very clicky! Your better hope and pray you get put on a team where they help you learn the job. Elearnings are the main way to learn the job and they're so boring! Classes tought by employees are supposed to be helpful but half the time you have no idea what they're talking about and end up leaving the class even more confused on what you were supposed to learn. When you start people act like its a burden to help you. Hands on experience is the best way to learn but you feel hopeless because you aren't closing as many cases as your coworkers. If you reach out to other people for help that aren't on your team it's frowned upon. The company is growing at such a rapid pace that management can't keep up with anything. They don't practice what they preach at Yardi Systems.
