Company is very employee oriented. Open door policy where opinions are valued. Company is growing so there are good opportunities to grow with them.

Training of new hires could improve.

Pros

Great employer with a small office and family like atmosphere. Full-time employment with options to work over time and paid holidays.

Cons

Can be excessive hours of overtime depending on the season. But you are compensated and paid overt I. Even rates for your hard work and efforts.
