All the support to get new project to pursue an aspiring technology if you don't like working on a current assignment for whatever reason Salary processing on time Immigration processing like visa extension, green card Very transparent in all aspects Reasonable premium on medical insurance benefits Very helpful recruitment team in getting a new project assignment whenever needed

Nothing to say here as you cannot compare Yashco with bigger companies but Yashco is one of the better mid size companies
