Pros

I loved working here. My boss is willing to train you. Has your back and good work life balance.

Cons

I wish there was more room to grow or a more structured bonus/raise schedule and opportunity to be remote. Some employees are trusted too much because they go out of their way to build relationships but they aren't true to who they present themself to be. They shouldn't be in roles that they are.
