If you are straight out of high school and need to make some money, by all means work for yates at a factory.

Cons

If you enjoy having any sort of a social life whatsoever, or dislike the idea of performing the exact same actions for 8-10 hours a day during horribly inconvenient hours, don't work for yates.

i worked for Nissan through Yates, they are good people to work for, they try to take care of their employees.the wages were fair.

Cons

there were no problems working for Yates. they need more H R reps because they have hundreds of employees, it is hard to get to everybody in a short time.
