Pros
The pay is good. There is overtime if you want it. The benefits were also very good.
Cons
The hours sucked. You are always being told in the shift start meetings you will be writing up or fired ( to the whole shift ). I busted my butt was never late or called off of work. I did make one mistake. I ended up being terminated for something someone else did. The people that are late and call out are still there, while the people that do there job get released. The management team is unorganized, they have no communication, and all they want to do is point fingers instead of getting things right. I would not recommend looking for a job with them unless you don't really care about a job or doing it right. If they change all of their management to people that know what they are doing and stood up for the right employees, it may be a great place to work.
