Great opportunities, but lousy HR.

Great starting pay. Lots of vacation time due to scheduled plant shut downs.

Cons

Yates is the best chance to get your foot in the door at Nissan without a degree of some kind. However, the HR seems unsupportive when you need your voice to be heard.

Good benefits Discount buying Nissan cars Uniforms bought for you Two bonuses per year, one in the summer, one in the winter.

Cons

Very hard work. You work directly beside Nissan employees who get paid twice what you are paid. You must take time off during shutdowns.
