The pay is nice and not really all that hard to get on your preferred shift

Cons

I could put a list of cons, such as, management will be down your throat to fix things but wont order the parts to fix the issue so youre the one they take the blame out on. HR doesnt know anything really pertaining to anything going on in the company, most of the ladies in HR are great but most of the time the company is not willing to help you at all. The HR and management team is biased if you have an issue you may as well keep it to yourself so you can stay off a targetlist of people to fire.

The Nissan plant in Decherd is ran on the good ole boy system. Not about job performance or capability it’s all about who you are buddies with. Was rehired but when a certain supervisor caught wind of it job offer was rescinded and I was straight up lied to by HR.

Paid weekly , good people to work with... room to progress anywhere in plant.

Cons

Inside food and concessions are expensive (bring a lunch) always short on man power.. rules change periodically it seems to instill better work performance.
