Good benefits package, friendly coworkers, and a good way to gain experience for next applicable job down the road.

Cons

Little to no growth opportunities, stressful work, long hours expected. Management can be aggressive and cold. High burnout rate of material planning associates.

- Good People, Nicer building, Some recent changes in HR policy are nice, Diversity, Competitive salary

Cons

Future is unstable, many experienced and dedicated employees been laid off in Covid-19 situation and before without proper communication and treatment. Yazaki was known for longer retention period but I think company is losing that image due to new CEO’s aggressive decisions. - Does not have proper system to promote Young talent, Point based promotion and politics, Basically talent does not get promoted.
