      Allows you to be creative when solving problems in your own way. A warm atmosphere where you can ask anyone questions.

      Cons

      The work can be repetitive at times, but so can every job.

      Pros

      Good hours, great flexibility. Pay was pretty good at the time. Challenging and worthwhile work although sometimes it felt sparse.

      Cons

      Advancement seemed too slow and more of a "pay your dues / time" as opposed to skill and talent based.
