      I enjoyed working with all of my coworkers. Everyone worked as a team.

      Cons

      The workload at times was a bit too much. It seems as if Yazaki-NA cannot be its own entity away from Yazaki-JPN.

      You get to learn to work under pressure that helps you in your career in my opinion. If you can manage to adjust to the pressure, then trust me you will never be afraid of pressure situations ever again.

      Extended working hours. Management is not good at planning.
