      Pros

      - Good People, Nicer building, Some recent changes in HR policy are nice, Diversity, Competitive salary

      Cons

      Future is unstable, many experienced and dedicated employees been laid off in Covid-19 situation and before without proper communication and treatment. Yazaki was known for longer retention period but I think company is losing that image due to new CEO’s aggressive decisions. - Does not have proper system to promote Young talent, Point based promotion and politics, Basically talent does not get promoted.

      Most of the colleagues are nice. Willing to teach new comers.

      Cons

      Quite Busy. Reporting to supervisor is frequent because of Japanese culture. Salary is relatively low
