      None that I can come up with.

      Cons

      Company does not value people and could care less about the commitment given by its employees. This company is on it’s 5th CEO in 10 years and is indicative of the lack of direction at the top. Morale is at an all time low and the new CEO has been labeled as a “Hatchet Man”. Stay Away!

Yazaki is focused on putting the right people, in the right jobs, at the right locations to position it to leverage the Connectivity, Autonomy, Electrification, and Sharing Economy (CASE) advanced mobility trends.

      Pros

      A good place to learn and start a career; Colleagues supporting us from the HQ in Japan were supberb. An living example of the Yazaki core values. In addition they were extremely knowledgable and attentive, so we all learned a ton from them. Great people
