      Working environment is relaxed and people working there are nice.

      Work is not challenging. There is a lot of expats from Japan who don’t speak English.

      Pros

      Good team dynamic. There are a lot of options for jobs if you want to move around. The supervisors are very supportive.

      Cons

      The building could use some updates. There aren't many workspaces to work at if you want to get away from your desk. It's not a very social office setting.

      Always there is new challenge you can’t believe the people surrounding you. But people are free to express them selve. And increments part of the company sucks like anything . They provide you incentive as a part of ctc but you will never get that 100% by mgmt kpi calculation

      Cons

      Attrition and absenteeism . He policy is one of hurdle for the employee , manager are entilled for train and busses , this company is comparing motherson as compiteter but they not ready to build there employee as a asset . For medical benefits first employee has to confirm to the organisation this show what policy maker is thinking for employee
