Nice, kind and helpful colleagues, but slow in delivering

Management: no A player, not even B player People: fine, but you will not find brains from elite schools, rather third or fourth tier schools and/or universities, mindset is old fashioned Processes/Systems: from the stone age, no digital, undeveloped, ERP systems on a basic level Communication: intransparent, company does not have communication practices as in the modern Western world Culture: the biggest problem of this company, no performance culture, very backward, conservative, not open for innovation and change Wrap-up: accept the offer if there is currently nothing better, learn quickly and leave quickly to a better place
