      Planning team sucks

      Pros

      The company is good but not the planning team.

      Cons

      I left about 2 years ago but my friend is still working there and he told me things haven’t changed much. The manager is workaholic and expects everyone to be as obsessed as she is with the job. The salary is not that good but the work load is way too much. They expect you to be available 24/7 and it’s hard to get over time without them calling you all the time.

      Worst team I've worked in my entire career

      Pros

      The company is good but you need to be in a good team with a good manager to actually enjoy.

      Cons

      Production control department is the worst team I've worked in my entire life. Manager was a B* and she was only giving preference to her son-in-law. We had so many great people that were not valued because the manager would always promote her family member. HR wouldn't listed and they wouldn't do anything.
