Pros

Flexibility, room for growth, good 401k matching, decent amount of travel was nice before COVID times, the new CEO has been an effective improvement to the company.

Cons

Salary is mediocre, advancing into management/supervising position is limited and harder to do based on the size of each team which is case by case.

- Good People, Nicer building, Some recent changes in HR policy are nice, Diversity, Competitive salary

Cons

Future is unstable, many experienced and dedicated employees been laid off in Covid-19 situation and before without proper communication and treatment. Yazaki was known for longer retention period but I think company is losing that image due to new CEO’s aggressive decisions. - Does not have proper system to promote Young talent, Point based promotion and politics, Basically talent does not get promoted.
