      Pros

      Company is moving forward after a lot of restructuring even before COVID and now global company is embracing diversification and integration. Good benefits as I can understand. Depending of your job, it can be challenging and for me was very educational.

      Cons

      Still some behavior is more oriented to keep your job instead of full collaboration so it's not easy to climb to management.
