      It s really good company for a graduated engineer to improve yourself more. and its global company if you will be working with multifunctional departments&people from all over the world. *If you have strong network with correct people; * you can be promoted as soon as possible, *you can be transferred easily to other EU locations like Germany,Portugal etc. *Going to Japan is possible (depending on the job/department etc.) ++Healty insurance ++Yearly bonus payment(depending on achievement the target in overall Europe; they will pay %25,%50 or 100% of your salary) ++Sodexo ++Company bus for the transportation

      Cons

      After 3-4 years later more stable job. and if you can not be transferred other locations or EU positions, no need to stay more after a while it would be more toxic job. *Overtime possible *Working on Saturday &Sunday possible *Low salary possible *Promotion situation is really difficult it depends your boss/department/location etc. many factors included.
