They were slow to realize that the layoffs in tech would have such a strong (negative) impact on the company. I was impressed with how they kept their mission at the forefront--working to ensure students would get into careers. But they are still figuring out this economic environment--an exciting challenge for those who want to create change. But with an organization of this size (800-900 ees) across so many locations, change is (not surprisingly) slower than what's needed.
