      Pros

      Most of the people that work in the store are good people that are willing to help you succeed.

      Cons

      Low salary for in shop mechanics. Lots of stress to get the jobs done efficiently without having the proper tools and equipment that the company is supposed to supply.

      I was told when I accepted the job that I would be working in OK. Once I started they told me I was going to NWA to work for 6 months. It's been 11 months and I'm still here

      Family oriented company that doesn't sweat the small stuff and comes with great benefits, nearly impossible to get fired

      Cons

      No room for advancement, middle management has no real authority and upper management is very out of touch, many incompetent coworkers
