The Account Executive role is demanding, and the day-to-day pressure can definitely be a challenge, which is something we strive to be transparent about in the interview process. In addition, our managers are hands-on by design to provide ample coaching, but their goal is always to help you succeed, not to hover. Additionally, we encourage employees to take the time they need to rest and recharge. To help support a healthy work-life balance, employees receive 15 days of PTO per year for first 2 years of employment (accrual begins on date of hire, and the number of PTO days increases after 2 years of tenure), 7 paid wellness days, 12 paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday.
