Pros

It's a nice place to work if you're looking for something chill where you have time to look after family, pursue other hobbies etc. Decent benefits Pays more than a lot of tech roles in London There's no major pressure to put in hard work Option to work 4 days a week for 80% of salary

Cons

Work is boring, the mobile app and website are outdated, no interesting projects, no one in in the UK really uses Yelp. Also a lot of people are unhappy about recent cuts to compensation
