Great company to work for, management was enjoyable and got free mate. Had good amount of freedom.

Cons

got laid off after having zero marketing investment in my region, company needs to invest in front line staff as there is zero bonus structure and i was making the same 35k when i started

Pros

Great pay and benefits, lots of freedom while working on the road, you get to be done with work between 2pm-3pm.

Cons

Very intense physical labor, not for everyone. The car you use to distribute product is very small, more than likely you'll be making trips back to the warehouse to fill your car up with more product. Sometimes the demand for product is overwhelmingly high when the car is small and all you have is a little dolly.

Cool company to work for. Low pressure sales. Always paid on time. Good benefits. Great product.

Cons

No commission or bonus structure. Poor communication habits from management. Strays from "Come to Life", and "Fair trade" company vision with over bearing GPS tracker policing. No clear distinction of when you are working vs when you are not, because of use of personal cell phone for work purposes.
