Pros

Most people on the team are deeply passionate about their work and the mission behind Guayakí, to share Yerba Mate and stay eco-friendly while rebuilding the rainforest and working with indigenous groups. For part-time work, the pay was good, and the work was fun and deeply involved in the community. They gave us lots of freedom to be creative.

Cons

About once every week or two weeks, we had to lift/carry/move a significant amount of Yerba Mate cases (~60-80), each weighing ~12lbs. I didn't mind the weekly exercise, but it was tiring in the moment.
