Tons of things to learn
Everybody is welcoming and willing to help
They expect you to go beyond great
Cons
So far no, have to name one is the training schedule is a bit unorganized (first time by local office + HQ)
But they took it very seriously and even now they arranged another session to help us.
great culture, company values people and that reflects in the compensation, great autonomy and flexibility at work. People are nice and proud to be part of the team.
Cons
It's a relatively new company so it requires a lot of self-discipline and effort to catch up with the pace and how things work. Guess it is a pro and a con.
