A lot of support from the team, the training department, and corporate. Loved the students and team vibe. Teaching and mentoring were fulfilling. Great place to grow as a teacher and a mentor. Various opportunities to grow if that's what you're looking for.

Cons

Keep in mind that this is a franchise, and it has to adhere to the way the business is structured. So, not a negative per se, but due to the nature of the business, it could be challenging in terms of autonomy.
