Flexible work schedule, you are able to make your own schedule to a degree. Fun work environment when it comes to special events, interaction with members, teachers, etc.

Cons

Depends on the upper management. This role started off great, but management really ruined it. Boutique fitness is its own beast, you have to go in with a thick skin and be ready for criticism. You are responsible for people, sales, maintenance, etc. so you wear many hats. If you're not making more than $50K you are being underpaid.

It’s all about community in YogaSix Doylestown! The wellness advisors and the yoga instructors are second to none! The owner is very delightful and a smart business woman. Management eh…at best.

Cons

The manager uses the phrase a little birdie told me so quite often.
