Pros
The pay is good and the flex schedule (within a certain time frame) were great. Management was easy to talk to and helpful with any questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience working for them.
Cons
There is little room for lateral advancement and seems to only be available if you're personally recommended. In my opinion there were a lot of things that were mishandled during the pandemic/COVID-19 that caused some issues.
