Pros

-I was on a good team with a great manager, but I know a lot of people didn't have that -the building provided Fooda

Cons

-base pay was a joke, literally every other company I've spoken to since I've left there offered better base pay than them and they are a large company -benefits were expensive -multiple recruiters working the same jobs. We weren't fighting other agencies to fill positions, we were fighting each other by working the same role. It wasn't a choice, if you wanted to do a placement you had to work on roles that weren't vms. But those roles were all low level so that meant your commission was basically non-exiistant. -Every senior person is level there. People who has been there for years, that shows how bad and how fast they are going downhill -Not providing any tools that recruiters need to recruit. I had linkedin recruiter and two job boards. It wasn't enough with the high level of recruitment and sourcing that I did. -No growth, you won't get promoted

Pros

branding, marketing, yoh bucks were fun amongst teammates for rewards

Cons

employees were pawns, held back employees from moving to internal positions because it didn't suit management or clients, discouraged employees from staying with the company, even when faced with job loss due to business decisions, poor training, high demand, high stress, no support, didn't listen to employees who had more experience and knowledge, benefits weren't great, didn't pay performance bonuses and didn't even tell you they weren't going to, poor internal communications, HR investigations were common, covered up for employees who didn't do their jobs
