      Pros

      The internal staff is amazing: both senior and junior recruiters are helpful and friendly and there is a substantial amount of freedom with maintaining a open work schedule.

      Cons

      Attrition, attrition! Almost the entire staff has turned over within 12 months. This doesn't have anything to do with the people there, but more of problems caused by old-fashioned thinking.

      Pros

      Yoh is an intermediary for companies like NBC/Universal to hire on part time staff or project teams without being actual employer. Although I realize that many companies use this strategy to avoid the obligations to actual employees, I found the arrangement fair and the Yoh staff really helpful. The online interface enabled me to get paid every week vs. the usual billing process a consultant goes through.
