Dead End Job

Pros

gives you the opportunity to see the jobs you want. Allows a "foot in the door" to where you'd like to be

Cons

-maternity leave = 2 weeks, even if you've been there for more than 5 years -care more about clients than actual employees -my title change has been "in the works" for 2 years now -zero room for growth -recruiter fees never go away, regardless of how little (or in my case not at all) involved your recruiter is. they are supposed to connect weekly and be a helpful source of information as well as a place to bring complaints to. I never hear from my recruiter except that he got a new TV with the extra money he received when I got a raise. -managers have a "well this is how it is, deal with it" attitude when anyone brings up any issues. After three years of employment with holidays off, I'm not expected to work them. I was told "I should've seen this coming" when I asked why the sudden change after three solid years

don't work here!

Pros

Sorry I can not give any pro's for this company

Cons

The biggest reason to not work here is there payroll is a mess. Also once you put your information into a on-board site you can never go back and check on it. I couldn't get my pay send to my bank even thou I did give them a letter my bank with all the information. But they wanted a void check (also I have not had a check in over 20 years and when you first give them your information IE address, tax info, and direct deposit, they don't ask for a void check) I had to send this twice with a letter from my bank. I have also heard that other people I work with had some problems with getting there paycheck cause they said it wasn't send on time. But most of us got a paycheck/direct deposit and the manager send it to them all at once. But they blame it on us yet we know it wasn't and it was there fault. They need a lot of help in everything.

Pros

For those who stay in the Bellevue office there can be a feeling of support through senior recruiters and coordinators who are close...

Cons

There are far more cons than pros: -A level of bitter competitiveness -low base pay -deep challenges to attain a reasonable commission -dated tools -lack of trainings -lack of leadership -account managers who play favorites Also, do note that a few of the positive reviews posted recently read in a similar fashion and specifically a type of syntax, indicating that they were written by the same internal employee.

Thank you for your review. We regret that this has been your experience with us. Our organization has 75 global locations and we like to hear when an employee’s experience at one of the locations does not meet our standards. Only then can we work to fix the problem. We will be looking into these items you listed. Favoritism, poor leadership, etc. are not something we promote or condone. Yoh has never actively or passively asked anyone to write positive reviews for our company.
