Yoh is big on wasting time. Our group had 10 different meetings per week that were not necessary.

I have nothing positive to say about my experience with Yoh.

Cons

-Horrible management; Reminiscent of talking to a brick wall. -Consistent changes in process with lack of communication to employees. -Lack of employee recognition -Favoritism, nepotism, etc. is quite rampant. -Should hire sheep since they treat employees like herd animals.

Pros

It hires the most qualified talent and supports them no matter what their position. Even those located on-site at a client, as I was, feel a strong connection to the organization.

Cons

I never was able to see a clear path for advancement. Once assigned to a client, it seemed hard to evolve beyond that level.
