Pros

It hires the most qualified talent and supports them no matter what their position. Even those located on-site at a client, as I was, feel a strong connection to the organization.

Cons

I never was able to see a clear path for advancement. Once assigned to a client, it seemed hard to evolve beyond that level.

A Decent Place to Work But Parent Company Runs The Show

Good people and history. Bill Yoh was great but is more removed from the day-to-day now.

Cons

Limited investment to position for future Parent company runs the P&L from the bottom up...focus on income and not enough investment to drive revenue
