Parent company can be a drag on Yoh setting at times unreasonable annual objectives. Some of the C level leaders lack a genuine sales driven leadership focusing instead on pure operational elements of the business. This prohibits growth and at times creates conflicting priorities. The con is more of an opportunity for Yoh, however. The leadership is committed to the culture and to the success of each individual employee as well as overall growth.
