Pros

Better than being unemployed. The environment is unhealthy at best.

Cons

In the time I was there the company burned through senior leadership at an unbelievable rate. The lady running the company has alienated just about everybody in the organization. If you are part of her network, then you have nothing to worry about. She likes people who agree with her and her methods. If you voice concern you end up on the outside looking in.

Branch office team in Silicon Valley were truly great! Manager is fantastic!

Cons

VP over Western Region is 100% about "what have you done for me lately?" She is an incredible leader, however, you have to be on your "A" game 24/7, or you will fall from grace very quickly.
