Pros

Yoh is an intermediary for companies like NBC/Universal to hire on part time staff or project teams without being actual employer. Although I realize that many companies use this strategy to avoid the obligations to actual employees, I found the arrangement fair and the Yoh staff really helpful. The online interface enabled me to get paid every week vs. the usual billing process a consultant goes through.

Have strong relationship with blue chip companies that can get you in the door.

Cons

Not much support after a contract hire. You're on your own and they don't lobby on your behalf for long term contractors.
