      Pros

      For those who stay in the Bellevue office there can be a feeling of support through senior recruiters and coordinators who are close...

      Cons

      There are far more cons than pros: -A level of bitter competitiveness -low base pay -deep challenges to attain a reasonable commission -dated tools -lack of trainings -lack of leadership -account managers who play favorites Also, do note that a few of the positive reviews posted recently read in a similar fashion and specifically a type of syntax, indicating that they were written by the same internal employee.

      Thank you for your review. We regret that this has been your experience with us. Our organization has 75 global locations and we like to hear when an employee’s experience at one of the locations does not meet our standards. Only then can we work to fix the problem. We will be looking into these items you listed. Favoritism, poor leadership, etc. are not something we promote or condone. Yoh has never actively or passively asked anyone to write positive reviews for our company.

      Pros

      Build up experience, decent salary, per diem, 401k, medical and dental. Used to have a interesting web site with many updated job openings.

      Cons

      Manager called only once after six months : when my client offered to hire me. He pretended he had other openings for me, and made me wait for interviews that never came, twice. When I finally resigned, his surrogate colleague played the same game. Yoh is only interested in its clients,

It benefits everyone (contractors, clients and managers) if we work to re-assign our current contractor base once they come off a successful assignment. That’s our goal at Yoh. It sounds like we are missing the mark though if that’s not the experience you had with us. Thanks for letting us know. We will address this with our managers and staff.

      Some independence but rules can change with the wind

      Cons

      Yearly 'blood letting', frequently change direction on a whim. President is more interested in a cool web-site and fancy big screen TV in his office than helping to grow the brand.
