Pros
They try to keep you working, and will find you a job
Cons
Only 6 paid holidays, and 5 paid vacation/sick days a year. The rep. isn't on top of things, and is very short with you when you want to talk about other jobs, or your current situation. They mess up your pay checks several times, which makes you have to take the time and back track, to find the mistake. No raises ever offered, you are stuck with what you start out with.
