Working in talent acquisition for client contract and direct hire roles is a challenging gig. YOH management was patient and understanding to the plight of recruiters, so long as effort was clear.

1. Lack of training especially for new recruiters 2. High metrics (higher than most other companies) 3. Not a great commission structure (at least on our team) 4. Work/Life Balance does not exist even when they says it does....it does not.
