      Pros

      Yoh offered Competitive salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Swift turnover, contractors expendable. The atmosphere in the company I was assigned to was not very welcoming. It probably had nothing to do with Yoh, but was more a reflection of the team I worked with.

      Pros

      The work was good, and co workers were great. I was a contract employee, so my interactions with actual Yoh management was minimal

      Cons

      Health Insurance was expensive. The way overtime was set up with the company that utilized my services meant that I was forbidden to work an hour of it, despite the fact that I was more than willing and the other folks I worked with who were not Yoh were often forced over or compelled to come in on days off to cover. The company was billed some insane rate or they charged for a block of 40 OT hours if I worked but one.

      Strong culture Strong client relationships Ability to impact business critical decisions Opportunities for leaders and team members from different businesses to partner on projects Continued investment in the company Privately held company with core values that reflect the company and owners A company where personal initiative, drive, and ambition is nurtured and rewarded

      Cons

      Does not have a large international presence, but keep any eye out, as you can see expansion in the works As a mid-sized organization, Yoh sometimes gets overlooked by customers for the bigger players, as they don't realize that Yoh delivers higher impact and quality then their size indicates
