Pros
- Humble founders who are as much your friend as they are your boss - High velocity pace, making for an exciting environment every day - Compassionate managers who will listen and change based on feedback, and who care more about the employees than some bottom line - Leadership is incredibly transparent, in everything from staffing decisions to major deal $$$ amounts. It's very refreshing, having worked other places where i felt like i was outside the inner circle - Super fun team events all the time, at LEAST quarterly and usually more often than that! - Great office, superb location, amazing snacks, great meeting tech — in person working is dialed in to the maximum. - Some incredibly smart and motivated people work here, which drives me and every employee every day to be as best as they can be. I've had more professional growth in the last 2 years than the rest of my career combined. - Lax and trust-based "unlimited" PTO system. It is a responsibility based system, not an "N days of the year" system, which i think makes a lot of sense. We're all adults - Bleeding edge tech, pushing the boundaries of what's even possible
Cons
Sometimes feels like there is more work to do than can be done. This could be considered a Pro as well though, especially with managers who do such a good job filtering requests to keep employees from feeling overwhelmed. Creates an environment where you are never twiddling your thumbs, which I and others tend to thrive in
