good team working employer, some bonus for holidays. overtime avail for dedicated employes

High entry employee turnover. weekend are hit & miss with little notification. raises are not given unless "asked" for.

Hard work will get you nowhere in this place. Only way to get promoted is to suck up to the right people. Once you do that you can get away with anything.
