There is a clear disconnect between upper management and expectations in terms of goals and meeting deadlines. There also seems to be some favoritism at play. It can become a hindrance and stressful to meet those goals and deadlines at the last minute. The quality of work is not what you’d expect from a space company. Feels like too many corners are being cut on many levels. Enforcing mandatory overtime earlier this year was not a great move. Working conditions at the production floor need to improve to ensure workplace safety and hardware doesn’t suffer setbacks or delays.
