      Pros

      If you want to be on the leading edge of commercial satellite development this is the place to be. The company is made up of some of the smartest most gifted individuals in the industry with diverse backgrounds, I’ve worked for a lot of other “big contractor” companies and I’ve never enjoyed my work as much as I do every day at York.

      Cons

      Nothing to really lost here, not being able to use the front door is a little on the micro managing side but there’s no difference between the front or back doors at the Willow office.

      The company is on the leading edge of innovation in the new space satellite market where everyone is excited to be apart of the goal and there is plenty of opportunities to learn new things and grow. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Growing pains to become a big player in the game. Not allowed to enter through front doors.
